Worthy Cause
“I Can Make a Difference”
My friend Rob Ostermaier is a rare breed. He is in fact a journalist with a heart of gold and an eye for the truth. Whether you know it or not, if you read newspapers, you have seen his photo creations, often capturing notable moments in time in our Nation’s History.
But beyond his professional life, Rob has found a cause that seems to truly motivate him. He aims to put an end to the plight of Multiple Sclerosis, and does so by fund raising and participating in a grueling annual bike event.
MS is debilitating, and effects its victims in different ways. Blurred vision, muscle weakness, spasms and speech problems are often seen in the onset stage of the disease. It progresses from there.
Many years back he became an avid biker, utilizing his love of distance-riding to support a truly worthwhile cause. He is getting ready to get back on the saddle and fight once again to defeat Multiple Sclerosis on behalf of the National MS Society.

“I know that times are tough economically out there for a lot of people,” said Rob. “Over time the economy will improve but people with MS face a lifetime of suffering and uncertainty for not only themselves but their families. Research is continuing and some very exciting breakthroughs are on the horizon.”
We need to get Rob’s donations up for this charitable event, and let him do the riding for us.
Please, go here for more information and consider making a pledge to end MS for good.
Thank you, and best wishes!
